Empress - Perennial Water Lotus

Nelumbo 'Empress' is perhaps one of the most beautiful lotus in the water garden world. Empress is a medium size lotus growing 2 - 3 feet tall and blooms up to 8 inches across.The blooms are soft white with a brilliant purple edging. Empress is not a prolific bloomer, but when it does bloom it is well worth the wait. Keep well fertilized for maximum blooming.
