Purple Leaf Cabomba (Cabomba Pulcherrima)
Cabomba is a popular submerged plant used for water clarification and oxygenation in both ponds and aquariums. Cabomba gets small white flowers when it reaches the surface of the water. Use cabomba to improve water quality, provide a place for fish to hide, and give fish a natural food source.
THIS PLANT CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO CA, CT, ID, MA, ME, MI, NH, NY, PR, VT, WA, WI - Will be substituted or cancelled. Never release these plants into public lakes or waterways. Please know your state laws.
Planting Instructions: For aquariums we recommend weighting the plants to the bottom with either aquarium safe stones or decorations. For ponds we recommend planting in small baskets with pea gravel or a clay based soil. While Cabomba can be left free floating or weighted to the bottom of a pond, Cabomba will be more cold tolerant if planted.
